A day in the life:
Our General Managers are the energy leaders of our shops - we’re looking for someone that takes on our model of Servant Leadership. They’re hands on, working shifts alongside their teams while training and coaching as well as representing Chook to our community and engaging with all our guests (that they quickly turn into regulars).
Chook has three core values, what we call our “Why’s,” and our general managers are at the forefront of being sure they’re lived out with our teams and in our shops.
Creating Experiences:
exceptional guest experiences; fast casual with a fine dining finesse; creating connections through a smile, hello, or conversation. We’re inviting guests into our homes and want to treat them like family.
Creating Opportunities:

Creating Change:
showing that good food can have positive impact on our environment and communities; being a good steward for the planet by managing waste diversion and seeking opportunities to improve; being a good neighbor engaging with our community.
