Salary: 150,000-$195,000
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process and oversee the plant functions. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Operations and working with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and measure processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
Implementing best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement, and safety goals are met.
Hiring, mentoring, training, and implementing best-in-class processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of industry experience in paper, building materials, or packaging.
At least 5+ years of plant management experience.
Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma.
Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
