The Manager, Operations and Business Support is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the day-to-day operations of the ADA Business Group which includes: Product Development, Continuing Education, and Meeting Engagement (PDCEME), Dental Professional Career Services (DPCS), Publishing and Sales Enablement (PSE), Business Development and Innovation (BDI), and the International Business Development, Business Analytics, and Improvement (IBDBAI) units at the direction of the Sr. Director of International Business Development & Business Analytics & Improvement.Reporting directly to the Senior Director of International Business Development & Business Analytics & Improvement, this role plays a crucial part in enhancing overall operational efficiency, supporting the development and maintenance of budgets and ongoing financial reports, coordinating key projects, and ensuring effective resource allocation to support the revenue-generating units of the ADA Business Group. This position will also monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, this position serves as the legal liaison for the ADA Business Group business units of PSE, PDCEME, BDI, and IBDBAI, overseeing the contract review and approval process.This position will support the development and tracking of operational level reporting, including basic analytics, based on ADA and Business Group systems, and the day-to-day needs of its staff. The position will support the IBDBAI Business Analyst with basic list pulls and other basic reporting utilizing business intelligence tools.At the discretion of the Senior Director of International Business Development, Business Analytics, and Improvement, and the Senior Manager, Business and Administrative Operations, or the Chief Business Strategy and Product Portfolio, this position will handle special operations and logistics projects for the ADA Business Group.Must Have:

Bachelor's degree or 9 years experience in lieu of degree5+ years experience in administrative operations, including financial data entry, reporting, tracking and analysisExcellent understanding of accounting procedures and organizational skillsKnowledge of NetSuite or similar financial systems for budget and accounting purposesKnowledge of MS Visio or similar organizational chart softwareAbility to communicate effectively, prioritize projects and manage time efficiently; and shift gears quicklyMaintain confidentiality / sensitive informationProficiency in the following applications/software:Microsoft Office SuiteAdobe Acrobat ProfessionalFile sharing systemsPayment systems and contracting processingTravel expense management (Concur, American Express, etc.)Some evening/weekend workPossible travelNice to Have:
