Construction Controller (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:This position has hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days remote per week.Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Manage project accounting functions, including job costing, billing, and revenue recognition.Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance as needed.Work closely with project managers to track project costs and profitability.Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year
