Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with technical support and engineering teams on diverse projects and support cases to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout.

Handle Incoming Support Requests:

Manage and respond to helpline calls and support tickets, providing initial troubleshooting and technical assistance. Escalate more complex issues to appropriate IT support teams as needed.

Escalation Procedures:

Follow established escalation protocols to transfer unresolved issues to specialized IT support teams, ensuring detailed documentation of the issue for continuity and resolution tracking.

Hardware and Software Installation:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Adhere to company standards and best practices for device setup.

User Account Management:

Create, configure, and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies and security protocols to ensure proper access and protection.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a positive end-user experience and high satisfaction levels.

Complex Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network issues with a focus on minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology enhancements, contributing to ongoing improvements in IT services.

Network and System Monitoring:

Monitor network performance and system health proactively to identify and address potential issues before they affect end-users or business operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep accurate records of technical support activities, including detailed incident documentation, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Prepare reports as needed for review and analysis.

Training and Support:

Offer training and support to end-users on new systems, software applications, and best practices, aiming to enhance user competency and operational efficiency.

Adherence to Security Protocols : Comply with established IT security protocols to protect company data and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Basic Networking Knowledge:

Utilize fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including switches and firewalls, to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

Technical Skills:

Demonstrate basic proficiency with Office 365 Admin Center, Active Directory, two-factor authentication (2FA) solutions such as Duo or Microsoft Authenticator, and Mimecast.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT compliance, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards.Experience with IT audit processes and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position is based in our Las Vegas Corporate Office.The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $47,000 - $52,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.Who We Are:
