You have established and nurtured relationships with insurance brokers in Florida, helping them effectively sell to large or small groups. You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for building long-lasting relationships. Experience in the Florida insurance market, particularly with commercial insurance, is crucial.What You'll DoAs a Regional Sales Manager, you'll manage a territory within Florida, representing Our Client to establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers. You'll ensure that brokers have the tools and resources they need to effectively sell Our Client's insurance solutions. Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you'll travel up to 50% of the time to meet brokers, attend events, and grow your territory.
