KAI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integration Specialist. This role is responsible for automated and manual tests ensuring software meets user requirements and performs optimally. This role involves designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for various systems and applications, including product, system, unit, load, volume, penetration, and network tests.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure software performs adequately and meets user requirements.Understand the overall organizational landscape and technology to plan, construct, and execute various types of tests including product tests, system tests, unit tests, load tests, volume tests, penetration tests, and network tests.Design, develop, and create test plans and supporting test cases for computer systems and business applications based on business and functional requirements.Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate results.Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during testing, collaborating with developers to resolve them.Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and testing needs.Perform other related duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in the design, development, and creation of test plans and supporting test cases for computer systems and business applications.Ability to execute both manual and automated test cases effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address testing issues.High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate results.Excellent communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Work/Education Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or qualified relevant experience (Mandatory)8+ years of related experience. (Mandatory)Compensation Range:
$120,000 – $145,000The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range.
