Sales Executive in Training

Phoenix, Arizona!
Our structured, 12-month training program is designed to educate and prepare self-motivated and entrepreneurial-spirted individuals for a sales role in our Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Divisions. You will be trained by the industry elite and be mentored by seasoned professionals who invest time and resources into your growth and success!
Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into the Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Divisions at Brown & Brown as a Sales Executive.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The program will teach new Sales Executives:
Technical Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits insurance trainingIn-depth coverage analysis and policy reviewInsurance carrier marketingOutside sales and customer consultationBusiness-to-business relationship developmentAccount management and customer serviceWHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, requiredActive Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or obtain within 90 days of employment, requiredBachelor's Degree, requiredStrong financial aptitude, requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, requiredThis position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this positionWHAT WE OFFER:
