Sales Executive

Commercial Lines Department

Phoenix, Arizona!

No prior insurance experience is required - Must have successful B2B sales experience!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Prospect, develop, propose and bind new businessActively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referralsRenew existing clients every yearAssist in the collection of required coverage information and necessary deposit and renewal premiumsMaintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clientsOversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account managerDrive and support cross-selling strategies for existing clients, as well as new relationshipsFoster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & BrownEnsure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and proceduresAttend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skillsAlways conduct the highest level of confidentialityWHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered2+ years' experience in a sales-related capacityProperty & Casualty LicenseStrong financial aptitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsThis position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this positionWHAT WE OFFER:
