Job Summary:Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Manager focused on new business development. This role is integral to our growth strategy and requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in need of third-party logistics services.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.Generate leads through various channels including utilization of internal systems and software's, prospecting, researching, cold calling, and lead generation.Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts, deals and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure client needs are met.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and progress.Qualifications:Education:

BA preferred but not required. Experience will supersede educationExperience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales/ closing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in CRM software and ability to learn sales prospecting tools (All tools will be provided in order to set you up for success)
