McGrath Auto Group, a leading automotive dealership in the Chicago area, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Highland Park, IL.

Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoice and payment accuracy

Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers

Prepare and process payments

Collect outstanding payments and manage customer accounts

Assist with month-end closing procedures

Maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
