Overview:

As a

Sales Manager

you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our products in order to drive sales. You will serve as the point of contact with prospects and clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products and services.

Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven work experience as a B2B outside sales representative, preferably in the electrical solution or other technology product marketMinimum of 5 years of experience in field sales for technical solutionsProven record in achieving growth and budget on a consistent basisProficient with computers and advanced knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, negotiation, and communication skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackTravel is required - approximately 50% of the timeQualifications:

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers -

BESS / UPS sales experience .Experience planning and executing technical presentations to identify and establish/build/foster relationships with consultants , engineering firms, EPCs, FEEDs serving the power generation and distribution/industrial markets .

An established contact base is preferred .Experience performing

cost-benefit and needs analysis

of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold calling / huntingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes / close dealsCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback internally and externally
