Our environment of entrepreneurial spirit, culture of expertise and our people-first approach will allow you to thrive while continuing to grow in your career.Position SummaryThe Assistant Vice President, Capital Markets will be responsible for all designated tasks in support of the group's product development, capital raising and client servicing efforts for Berkshire's Multifamily Investment businesses.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support new product development and corporate growth strategy

Internal product approval memos, business plans and Board of Directors presentations for different product initiativesCompilation of industry and competitive research, including assessment of market terms and conditionsProduct structuring and understanding legal and tax issuesProduction of Private Placement MemorandumsFund model outputs and effectively communicate results with prospective investorsPricing potential M&A activity and other inorganic growth opportunitiesSupport capital raising and client servicing efforts for a range of products

Completion of due diligence questionnaire requests and RFPsEdit and update marketing materialsUpdate key corporate statistics and track record informationPreparation for investor meetings and site visitsCompletion of investor and consultant information requestsMaintain online data rooms for prospective investorsCollaborate with other Berkshire teams to collect data and information for prospective investorsLeverage the team’s CRM to track prospective investor communications and assess the composition of Berkshire’s investor baseInternal support for Business Development initiatives
