And we love co-creating, using, and highlighting our own products to do it.Ultimately, we strive to make the world work better for our employees and customers—when you work in Our Digital Technology, you work for them.Create and deliver technical training courses for our employees across all teams and levels (intern to executive) in the use of our Analytics products and services.Drive more effective and sustained usage throughout our portfolio.Proactively identify gaps in the learning experience and the users that could benefit from direct training.Convert technical content into relatable, engaging stories that resonate with a variety of audiences and inspire.Conduct training sessions via ILT, VILT and recorded formats.Track and report on key metrics on adoption with a focus on HOW users increase the value of the outcomes from using our Data & Analytics assets, dashboards, and insights.QualificationsExperience learning highly technical products using existing documentation and team resources.Prior experience in enterprise analytics, which includes dashboards/BI tools and enabling data-driven decision making at scale.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including virtual/online presentation of multi-day classes and multiple classes per day.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.High level of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and speed of delivery. Bias towards action.5+ years of experience in a technical training environment required; some instructional design experience preferred.Advanced to expert working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A working knowledge of learning technologies such as Camtasia, SnagIt, design tools, LMS and web conferencing applications.For positions in the Bay Area, we offer excellent pay plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
