KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Firm investment vehiclesPrepare and update workpapers and spreadsheetsAssist with the administration of the Firm’s qualified retirement plansAssist with the coordination of the audits of the Firm’s 401(k) and Pension PlansPrepare financial statements for the Firm’s 401(k) and Pension PlansCalculate capital call and distribution allocationsOrganize Firm investment vehicle correspondenceMaintain agreement inventoryWork with assistant to ensure the maintenance and organization of the electronic documentsReconcile records of third-parties to internal accounting recordsREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of related public accounting (audit or tax) experience
OR
4+ years of previous accounting/finance experience in the private industryProficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAdvanced experience in Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of tax and finance applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills
