- We have an exciting opening for an experienced Controller to o ne of the fastest-growing and trusted real estate investment management companies based in Downtown Boston, MA
- They are one of Boston's top real estate companies and nationally recognized for excellence in residential investment management and property operations
- You will be responsible for overseeing financial statements like balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Controller
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts, and statements to understand the financial state of business
- Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets
- Managing the budget process
- Assist management with important financial decision
Controller
Qualifications:
- B achelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred
- 10 years of experience in accounting or as an accountant manager
- Organization and project management skills
