Relevant experience of 8 to 10 years, preferably in IT IndustryAgile Methodology:
Expertise in iterative development, user story creation, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.SAFe Methodology (Good to know):
Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business requirements with the SAFe framework to ensure successful large-scale Agile implementations.Project Management:
Ability to create and manage project plans. Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA etc.Reporting:
SQL Knowledge- Basic understating of querying databases for data analysis.Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Should be able to collaborate and work with team.Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Documentation:
Ability to create clear and comprehensive documents like BRD, FRD, NFRD, User Stories, Workflow diagrams, Data flow diagrams, System design documents etc.Tools:
