Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, and families, dedicated to offering high-quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.Looking for a well-seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) able to provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management for assigned business units in the following areas: recruitment, compensation analysis, ADA compliance, leadership training, workplace investigations, organizational development, benefits administration, and adept at handling complex employee relations.The Senior HR Business Partners are Human Resources professionals (SR HRBP) that collaborate with the program's leadership team on important HR issues and help develop strategies for the organization. Senior HR Business Partners actively integrate the business strategy with people management practices. The business partner is the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers on strategic and employee issues and helping them implement high-performing, integrated HR practices.The SR HRBP is a jack-of-all-trades, knowledgeable in various HR functions and ready to provide support with a sense of urgency where needed. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Comfortable being the go-to person for anything HR-related! Great at conflict management training and skilled at conducting workplace investigations. Provides leadership training and support. Independently handles complex employee relations concerns and provides corrective action guidance to managers. Big picture thinkers!Position Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will have a 4-year degree with 7 years of hands-on experience in a Business Partner or HR leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Professional HR certification is also preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.Other required skills include extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws in Massachusetts, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to make formal presentations on HR-related topics are also required. The candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Required onsite work and daily travel to a variety of program locations throughout the State of MA. Must have reliable transportation available for business use. Ability to work during regular business hours (8 am - 5 pm).
