Principal Software Engineer

Software Engineering ManagerDepartment:

Job Description:

Manage a team of software engineers or projects within the Research & Advisory Engineering department.

Minimum Requirements:

BA or higher, or foreign equivalent in CS or related technical field

2 years of software engineering industry experience with:

HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, Jquery, Node.js, Vue.js

Git, Object Oriented Programming, Multi-threaded Programming

Parallel & Distributed Systems

Database design & configuration including SQL Server/Postgres/Dynamo DB

AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, Glue, EC2, Batch

Experience in developing & supporting new applications

Responsibilities:

Front-end application development

Working with the Product Development team on incremental product feature addition

Diagnosis & resolution of client bugs & issues

Implementation of financial models

Loading of client & third-party data

Must also have full life cycle experience.

Salary:

$115K to $145K per year

Employment:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
