As a Sr. Director Strategy here at Honeywell Process Measurement Controls (PMC), you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future of our PMC business within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). PMC specializes in smart and connected field and analytical instrumentation, gas measurement and control, and terminal gauging and loading. We provide innovative solutions to improve process efficiency, safety, and reliability in various industries.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing the overall business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with senior leaders, including the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PMC Business President, to align business goals and objectives with market trends and customer needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our PMC business.
You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PMC Business President, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the PMC business within the IA SBGIdentify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to capture market shareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectivesDrive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiativesProvide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the industrial automation industryStrong understanding of business strategy development and executionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong leadership and motivational skills

MBA or advanced degree in a related fieldExperience in the process measurement and controls industryKnowledge of market trends and customer needs in the industrial automation sectorProven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives
