Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs a Sr. Director Strategy here at Honeywell Process Measurement Controls (PMC), you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future of our PMC business within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). PMC specializes in smart and connected field and analytical instrumentation, gas measurement and control, and terminal gauging and loading. We provide innovative solutions to improve process efficiency, safety, and reliability in various industries.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing the overall business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with senior leaders, including the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PMC Business President, to align business goals and objectives with market trends and customer needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our PMC business.
You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PMC Business President, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future direction and success of our PMC business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. Your strategic insights and leadership will shape the future of our PMC business and contribute to the overall success of the IA SBG.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the PMC business within the IA SBG
Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to capture market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the industrial automation industry
Strong understanding of business strategy development and execution
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and motivational skills
WE VALUE
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Experience in the process measurement and controls industry
Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the industrial automation sector
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives
