Join our client’s dynamic team as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and contribute to the financial excellence of our organization. This position offers opportunities at various levels, from entry-level to senior levels, allowing for professional growth and development. As a CPA, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards. Your role will also involve providing strategic advice, conducting financial management and accounting studies, and assisting in audit remediation for compliance with finance and accounting standards.Responsibilities (will slightly vary based on Career Level):

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.Assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Analyze accounting operations, trends, costs, budgetary resources, and financial commitments.Project future trends and provide strategic advice.Conduct financial management and accounting (FM&A) studies and evaluations.Design systems and procedures, and prepare reports, procedures, draft regulations, guidelines, briefings, and related documentation.Assist in audit remediation for compliance with finance and accounting standards.Develop and improve the effectiveness of accounting controls, processes, and information systems.Identify best practices and assess performance measurement.Guide clients through accounting improvement and modernization initiatives.Support communication of organizational vision, mission, and strategy.Prepare background papers, briefings, and speeches.Create web and portal content and perform organizational messaging activities.Develop, implement, and maintain strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.Qualifications, by level:

CPA-I (Entry-Level):

Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher, plus3 years general FM&A experience.1 year shall consist of auditing financial statements of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA designation (or in progress).Basic understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and communication skills.CPA-II (Mid-Level)

Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher, plus5 years general FM&A experience.2 years shall consist of auditing financial statements of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA designation.Proficiency in accounting principles.Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and communication skills.CPA-III (Senior-Level):

Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher, plus8 years general FM&A experience.5 years shall consist of auditing financial statements of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA designation.Extensive knowledge of accounting principles.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.CPA-IV (Expert-Level):

Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher, plus12 years general FM&A experience.8 years shall consist of auditing financial statements of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA designation.Deep expertise in accounting principles.Proven leadership and strategic management skills.Benefits:
