Schedule:
Monday to Friday 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (also open to 15 hours if candidate prefers less)
Salary Amount or Range:
$40-$42/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays) + partial health stipend

A single parent in the Marina is seeking a loving, warm Nanny/Family Assistant for her 4-year-old son. Her boy is transitioning to a new school full-time in mid-August and they’d love to find someone PT to help support them and feel like an extension of their family.
Responsibilities include picking up child from school and driving him to activities (swim, soccer), light tidying, family laundry, cooking simple healthy dinners for them, and occasional overnights with advanced notice (mom travels for work every 2-3 months for 2 nights).
Their ideal person is down-to-earth, professional, reliable and kind. Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of and supporting families will be the best fit!
Experience Requirements
2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny/family assistant with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Qualifications
COVID-vaccinated (and preferably boosted)
TB and Tdap vaccine
CPR Certified
Valid driver with clean record (family can provide vehicle for work-related driving)
Comfortable with parent working remotely
Reliable
Feels like part of the family
Taking care of people bring you joy!
Warm, feels like part of the family
Can make a long-term commitment – at least a year but ideally longer
Responsibilities
Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities
Pick up child from school in the afternoons and take him to activities/classes (soccer, swim)
Keep the house organized
Light housekeeping
Empty dishwasher, take out trash, etc.
Cook simple meals for the family
Pack child’s lunches for school the next day
Family laundry
Grocery shopping
Occasional errands
Occasional overnights
