Associate Project Manager

will perform tasks related to all facets of real estate development including site selection and feasibility analysis, project design development, project proforma budgets and financial analysis, construction management, and project close-out and stabilization, under the supervision of Real Estate Development leadership staff.We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This position is hybrid eligible.Pay : $80,000-100,000/salary DOE15 days of earned PTO your first year, 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays.Early close Fridays - 3 paid hours off early each Friday.Health, dental (adult and child orthodontia included), vision, and pet insurance.Employer paid life insurance.403b + match, paid volunteer time, and more.Duties:Serves as lead staff on at least some of the following substantial aspects of development: financing, community outreach, design and permit approvals, and construction draws.Serves as lead project manager on one real estate development project, with support from an assistant.Coordinate activities and project objectives with contractors, project consultants, vendors, and internal staff.Research and support to develop real estate pipeline, including site selection and zoning analysis, project feasibility studies, market analysis, and preparing prospective project budgets.Perform tasks necessary to obtain local approvals and neighborhood acceptance of proposed housing projects, including reviewing entitlement and building permits, attending hearings and neighborhood meetings, and participating in other neighborhood outreach and communication.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Planning, or related field.Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in related work.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Planning, Architecture, Public Policy, Real Estate, Business, or related field.Knowledge and Skills:Communicate effectively and clearly; both verbally and in writing, across teams and in public presentations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.Prepare to lead and direct a team of consultants to achieve project objectives.Produce and analyze financial spreadsheets and budgets.Strong problem-solving skills.Has intermediate knowledge of Mercy structure and can navigate processes with minimal supervision.This is a brief summary of the position and responsibilities.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
