Denver, ColoradoHow You Will Make a Difference:As part of the Global Merchandising Planning team, this position will support category and product planning across the Globe and all regions, providing analytical support on product performance across all regions, sales channels and type of products. The Sr. Analyst Merchandising Analytics will work collaboratively with Global Category Planning, Operations, Sales, DTC Regional teams and Finance departments in consolidating and analyzing sales data to inform future product strategies based on actual product performance.Develop analytical framework used to inform strategically merchandising strategies, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on business and product performance, globally and regionally.Manage global sales performance reporting by working with all regional partners to develop a sustainable and efficient process for collecting, consolidating, and publishing sales performance data for global The North Face.Build and implement advanced analytical models to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for the global organization.Manage all reporting, modeling, and analysis of The North Face, from the Brand Map to global/regional ST% and costing.Work with global and regional partners to integrate innovation targets into multi-seasonal planning.Deliver data driven insight to key stakeholders and generate recommended actions as needed.Develop cross functional partnerships within Product Creation to develop reporting capabilities that enable The North Face to track and measure against strategic priorities and financial targets.Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of the organization.Roll up and report global and regional forecast figures down at style level and color level.A key part of this role will also be in data management and building reports in either Excel, Tableau and MS Power BI.What You Bring:3+ years of professional experience in analytics and merchandise planning, forecasting, or buying.Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree.Computer/Software Applications: Microsoft Office Suite - very strong Excel required.Tableau and MS Power BI reporting tools expertise.Experience in product forecasting, statistical modeling and/or strategic planning.Experience in retail sales analysis.Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to identify business opportunities.Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analysis to a broad audience.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Strong cross functional collaboration skills required.Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.NEVER STOP EXPLORINGThe North Face is a subsidiary of VF Corporation. $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:
