The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance with a focus on Salesforce applications. This individual will lead a team of QA analysts to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce platform.Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead a team of QA analysts in testing Salesforce applications and ensuring compliance with business requirementsDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issuesConduct regression testing and performance testing on Salesforce applicationsProvide regular status updates on testing progress and issuesMentor and train QA analysts on best practices for testing Salesforce applicationsQualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce applicationsStrong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM systemsExperience in test automation tools such as Selenium or Salesforce Test AutomationExcellent communication and leadership skillsSalesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plusJob Type:
