Job Overview:

Superior writing and communication skills are required, and foreign language skills are highly valued.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and analyses.Develop and implement global trademark strategies for clients.Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.Represent clients in TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) proceedings.Address online and social media enforcement issues related to trademarks.Draft, review, and negotiate trademark agreements and documents.Provide legal advice and support on trademark-related issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trademark laws and regulations.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on trademark matters.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in trademark law.Demonstrated experience with trademark searching, global trademark strategy, and prosecution.Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus.Exceptional writing and communication skills.Foreign language skills are highly valued.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in New Mexico or eligible for admission.Skills:Expertise in trademark law and intellectual property.Strong analytical and research skills.Proficient in legal research tools and databases.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills.
