Trademark Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boise is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus. Superior writing and communication skills are essential, and foreign language proficiency is highly valued.Job Duties:Conduct trademark searches and analysisDevelop and implement global trademark strategiesHandle domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement mattersAssist with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedingsDraft legal documents, including trademark applications, oppositions, and cease and desist lettersCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third partiesProvide legal advice and counsel on trademark mattersStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trendsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction2-5 years of experience in trademark lawStrong understanding of trademark law and proceduresExcellent research and analytical skillsSuperior writing and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsEducation and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdictionSkills:Proficiency in trademark searching and analysisKnowledge of global trademark strategiesFamiliarity with trademark prosecution and enforcement proceduresAbility to handle TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedingsExcellent writing and communication skillsFluency in foreign languages (preferred)Strong research and analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work independently and collaboratively
