Trademark Associate Attorney

A law firm in Cheyenne is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and trademark prosecution and enforcement, both domestically and internationally. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is desirable. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must and proficiency in foreign languages is highly valued.Duties:Conduct trademark searches and analysesDevelop global trademark strategies for clientsHandle domestic and international trademark prosecutionEnforce trademark rights through legal action when necessaryAssist with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedingsRequirements:2-5 years of experience in trademark lawJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdictionStrong understanding of trademark law and proceduresSuperior writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesEducation & Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdictionSkills:Proficiency in trademark searching and analysisStrong understanding of global trademark laws and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively under pressureProficiency in foreign languages is highly desirable
