Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of People and Talent to join their dynamic team. The organization values excellence and innovation, offering a collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will be appreciated and developed.What you will do:The successful candidate will lead the talent acquisition strategy, managing the full cycle of recruitment to ensure top talent acquisition. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating job descriptions, and utilizing major recruiting platforms to attract the best candidates. The role also involves handling relationships with staffing agencies and recruiters.In addition to talent acquisition, the Head of People and Talent will ensure company procedures comply with employment regulations and monitor employee performance. This includes managing disciplinary processes, formal grievances, and overseeing benefits and compliance programs such as ACA and FMLA. The candidate will also maintain employee benefits programs, manage annual health insurance renewals, and review pay structures, perks, and competitive leveling.The role requires developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and support organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition.- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.- Utilize major recruiting platforms to attract top talent.- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and recruiters.- Ensure compliance with employment regulations.- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and sick leave.- Handle disciplinary processes and formal grievances.- Manage benefits and compliance programs, including ACA and FMLA.- Oversee employee benefits programs and annual health insurance renewals.- Review and manage pay structures, perks, and competitive leveling.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.- Design and implement training and development programs.- Manage an HR Administrator and perform other related duties as required.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition. SHRM certification is preferred. Proven ability to recruit successfully using major platforms, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities are essential.An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. The candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, be proficient with MS Office applications, and possess excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality are necessary.
