Private Equity Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a highly qualified Private Equity Attorney with 4-5 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with strong business acumen.
