Responsibilities:

Manage and track internal and external recruiting activities on web-based HR platformLiaise with recruiting agenciesConduct phone interviews and onsite/video interviews for entry level rolesDraft offer letters and confidentiality agreementsProcess background and credit checksProcess, organize, track, and maintain confidential files, records and dataPrepare, organize, and conduct new hire orientations as well as maintain the I-9 processAnswer simple benefits questions and provide benefit enrollment supportAssist with maintenance of the human resource database including entering new hire informationQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent2+ Years of Human Resources experience in a recruiting capacity a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsKeen attention to detailDiscretion when handling confidential informationAbility to confidently interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and potential candidatesPrevious Workday experience is a plusRequired Years of Experience:
