They will be responsible for running fundamental aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing and will be a key member of deal teams.Duties:Participate as a key member of deal teams, taking responsibility for running fundamental aspects of transactions.Conduct due diligence activities thoroughly and efficiently.Draft and review legal documents related to finance transactions.Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Requirements:4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.Strong understanding of sponsor-backed leveraged finance.Experience representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in various finance transactions.Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
