Intelligent Green Solutions is looking for qualified HR Generalist candidates to join our industry-leading team. The HR Generalist is responsible for serving as a direct point of contact for employees for day-to-day employee issues and HR-related questions. The HR Generalist will also regularly assist in implementing and conducting HR programs, including facilitating programs, preparing and sending communications, and gathering, synthesizing, and presenting data.

Part-Time (approximately 10-20 hrs per week) Experience:
2+ Years Responsibilities include: Serves as initial point of contact for day-to-day employee issues and concerns and escalates critical or complex issues appropriately. Oversee organization-wide recruitment & hiring processes. Partners closely with HR Business Partner to provide high-quality advice and service to management on routine employee relations issues such as performance and misconduct issues. Assists with retention efforts including employee surveys, pulse meetings, stay interviews, and other engagement efforts. Facilitates various HR-led training, including New Hire Orientation. Manages documentation in support of payroll and employee relations databases. Identifies ways to improve policies and procedures and follows through on implementation. Contributes to other HR projects, programs, initiatives, and interventions by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings, helping develop tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research. Requirements: Strong organizational skills necessary for prioritizing multiple demands and project management responsibilities. Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (i.e., FLSA, ADA, FMLA, NYPFL, etc.). Displays sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office. Professional and positive attitude and work ethic. Discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information. Education and Experience: BS/BA in a related field. 2 years experience with recruitment. 2 years experience in HR generalist role or similar capacity.
