Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, Psychology/Social Work, or equivalent related field required.At least five (5) years of executive healthcare management experience. Behavioral healthcare management, inpatient or residential treatment, and experience across various populations and age groups preferred.A valid California Driver's License is required.How You Will Make a Difference (Job Overview)

The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer manages the overall operation of the facilities and programs of SBHG and fulfills the management service agreements with SVCFS. Works with the CEO and executive team to set company performance goals. Develops and implements strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance company growth, financial results, and other performance goals. Prepares and presents reports and analyses to the CEO and leadership groups.He/she assures operations comply with laws and regulations and that contracts and other service agreements are strategically negotiated and successfully fulfilled. He/she oversees and assures that there is a comprehensive quality treatment program for all clients and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the agencies. Cultivates and provides opportunities for rising talent and a diverse workforce within the organization. The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer represents SBHG and its agencies and programs to governmental agencies, provider and advocacy associations, the Board of Directors, and the community.Division/Program Overview

As the Director of Operations, I oversee the successful functioning of our agencies by guiding Regional Administrators and Senior Administrators to meet budgetary goals, fulfill contracts, adhere to regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality care to our clients. Additionally, I collaborate with the CEO, executive team members, and operational leaders to drive business development, analyze and negotiate payor contracts, expand programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and implement strategic plans. As a key member of the Executive Team, I actively contribute to shaping SBHG's policies, mission, values, and cultural attunement plans, while supervising the Director of Business Process Improvement to ensure effective implementation of company processes and change management techniques.Learn more about SBHG at :
