Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for driving month-end and assisting with physical inventory. This position has upward mobility and will oversee multiple team members.Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including GL, and InventoryOversee SEC and Global Tax team and initiativesPerform accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports; accounts payable, receivable and assist in improvements of policies and procedures.Consolidated financial reporting.Prepares, reviews or approves account reconciliations for corporation’s entities and accounts, as requiredManagement of monthly and annual financial reporting and annual financial and 401K audits.Manage corporate taxes (with outsourced vendor) and ensure compliance with sales/use/other tax requirements and filings.Qualifications
3+ years of Big 4 or Mid-Tier public audit/reporting experience4+ years working at a publicly traded companyTechnical accounting skillset with advanced knowledge of SEC/GAAP regulationsCombo background (preferred)Active CPA licenseAdvanced knowledge of Excel
