ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Benefits:Dental, Health and VisionPTO and Sick Leave401k MatchingGreat Pay: $23.06 - $34.75 hourlyGeneral Duties:Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other accounts payable documents accurately and efficiently.Review and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.Obtain appropriate approvals for invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, purchase orders, or payments.Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, inquiries, and other accounts payable-related matters.Assist in maintaining vendor records and managing vendor relations.Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and paid.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts payable balances.Provide support to other staff members in the Accounting Department as directed.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent GED.Meditech experience.Associate degree in Business or Accounting.Two years' experience in accounts payable.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Equal Opportunity Employer:
