Key Responsibilities:
Supervise two accounting clerks, ensuring efficient and accurate accounting practices.Oversee and manage extensive payroll processes.Perform financial analysis, manage property accounting, and support project development initiatives.Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance and optimal financial operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.Extensive experience with payroll processing.Background in non-profit accounting, real estate accounting, financial analysis, property management, or project development is highly desirable.Be part of a dedicated and mission-driven team.
