RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance, follow up and reconciliation of all contract values for projects.Enter and digital storage of contract data.Job Setup configuration and administration of project setups.Preparation of monthly Work in Progress Report.Perform monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy of data.Monthly Financial preparation - income statements, balance sheets and other subsidiary ledgers to verify reconciliation and identify potential issues.Verification of inter-company clearing monthly.Assist in producing forecasted revenue and profits status for Executive group.Assist finance support staff and answer questions from field offices.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor in Accounting, Finance preferred or relevant related experience.3-5 years construction accounting experience preferred.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Technology savvy – well versed with Excel and other data analysis software.Great benefits!
