Junior Project Accountant

Primary Responsibilities:

Review Owner Contract, addendums and exhibits to ensure financial/risk compliance.Interpret and understand the owner contract requirements as it relates to the project financial.Review of ALL PCI’ types prior to posting within CMiC for accuracy, financial reporting and contract compliance.Project kick-off meeting (internal team) – clarifies contract and who are fulfilling what roles on project and expectations thereof.Project Welcome Letter – communicate project contractual and financial requirements to subcontractors.Timely submission of the monthly payment applications to Client(s) based on contractual terms.Lead the financial closeout process in collaboration with the project team.If you want to know more about the position and benefits, APPLY TODAY!AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
