And we know that when your skin feels better, you feel better.Overview:As the Sales Finance Co-Pilot, you will serve as a trusted partner to our Sales teams, providing invaluable financial insights and support for key customer accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate financial expertise, governance, and controls into commercial discussions, enabling our Sales teams to effectively steer customer accounts towards company objectives. This role requires a keen focus on compliance, enhanced reporting, streamlined systems, processes, and collaborative ways of working to continually improve our understanding of business performance and optimize financial decision-making processes.Responsibilities:Business PartneringCoach and support Sales teams to enhance their financial abilities and foster collaborative relationships that optimize team performanceOffer financial insights and decision-making support across various Sales processes, including Business Reviews, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Account Financial Steering (Forecast accuracy, Net Sales, Gross Margin percentage, Net Sales Price, Market Share, etc.)Support commercial decision-making scenarios and conduct impact analysis as neededTrade Terms and Conditions ManagementManage monthly trade rebate accruals, including tracking and forecastingConduct variance analysis of all customer-related spend and assess full-year implications against targetsInitiate periodic trade accrual adjustments while ensuring compliance with trade management policiesDrive EfficiencyProactively identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and ways of workingResponsible for embedding systems and processes in your customers, also serving as a key user responsible for a selection of system/ processesSupport the development and enhancement of new and existing systems and processes to ensure the efficient operation of the Sales and Customer Marketing teamsAnnual Business Planning / Financial SubmissionsCollaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute attainable yet ambitious company plans aligned with agreed targets, ensuring clarity on assumptions and drivers while analyzing performance across brand and customer dimensionsSupport with routine financial submissions and control governance checks to headquartersSenior Management SupportDeliver insightful analysis of business results to Senior Management and conduct ad hoc analyses that drive problem-solving and offer recommendations for business improvementReport directly to the Sr. Manager, Sales Controlling, and contribute to the establishment and achievement of financial business goals in line with the Sales StrategyRequirements:BS/BA required.
