You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, design, product, risk, and capital teams to grow ARR to $100M over the next two years.Sivo is well-funded, with backing from Y Combinator and a who’s who pool of fintech investors. We launched in 2021 and are working with originators around the globe. Our core offering is the new category, debt-as-a-service, in the embedded finance/lending ecosystem.This role is critical to Sivo’s near term success and you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.You will:Develop the B2B sales / revenue function (Sales, Customer Success) in collaboration with Leadership and Marketing (Messaging & Positioning, Demand Generation, Partnerships).Scale ARR to over $100M over the next two years.Build optimized and repeatable sales processes and playbooks.Work directly alongside the CEO, CPO/Co-Founder and CMO to evolve the go-to-market strategy & best practices.Own sales incentives and compensation.You are:A strategic, result-driven leader eager to make a huge impact at Sivo.A team player able to align cross-functional teams towards a common objective.Both data-driven and intuitive, knowing the market and competitive landscape.A proven people and operational manager, able to motivate and develop a high-performance team.Highly organized and articulate, working at a fast pace while clearly communicating business priorities.Data driven with excellent analytical and project management skills.You have:Successfully taken a company from strong product market fit to over $100M ARR enroute to an exit.Set the vision and aggressively built an early-stage B2B GTM function.Strong track record of successfully finding, landing and retaining customers.Experience in collaborative sales focusing on solving customer pain points.Knowledge of how to achieve results in an early-stage sub-50 headcount environment.Nice to haves:Experience growing a sales organization in FinTech, credit, and/or lending.Experience growing a sales organization in SaaS.Multilingual is a plus.Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team.This is an opportunity for you to sell an industry defining product and personally scale the next unicorn backed by world class investors.
