As a Sales Enablement Lead, New Commerce for New Commerce & Commercial Strategy (NCCS), you will have worldwide responsibility to lead and own the commerce enablement landing strategy and execution for the Microsoft commercial field across various roles and sales segments.You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across change management, business planning, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPs) communications and role leaders, and Worldwide Learning to ensure we drive awareness and adoption of Microsoft's digital transaction platform. We're seeking a passionate sales enablement professional who'll take full ownership of the sales enablement function and demonstrate fantastic storytelling capabilities while providing insights and ideas to ensure seller adoption and business success.In the last decade, the ways of doing business have changed. Customers demand a digital experience and knowledge that they are still getting the best possible deal.Microsoft’s Business Planning organization directs our commercial portfolio’s pricing, packaging, licensing, channel, and monetization strategies. Few organizations exist that have such a direct impact on how Microsoft goes to market, which reverberates across the entire industry. Within Business Planning, the New Commerce and Commercial Strategy organization works across Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 driving cross-cloud monetization strategies for how and where customers buy. Key components of this role include:Building, landing and tracking impact for sales enablement plans supporting new commerce launches.Working closely and gaining commitment with segment sales leaders representing both corporate and regional responsibilities.Engaging sales communities by being the face of Sales Enablement in community calls, webinars, presentations, and roadshows.Being the voice of the field in terms of recognizing patterns of adoption, blockers, pain points and working across teams to influence development, policy and guidance.Creating and managing the training approach and resources including training courses, customer and seller evidence, sales guidance and seller resources.Managing and updating the seller content library including existing and new materials, and setting the approach for new content.Exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive additional sales enablement and engagement, generate impactful content, drive seller confidence, and engage seller communities.Embody our culture and values.Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience.5+ years seller community and enablement management including creating training, resources, guidance, creating and managing content, and promoting best practices.Experience delivering presentations, webinars, engaging and empowering seller communities.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Success working with stakeholders in creating plans, approaches and mutual commitments to business success.Experience collecting and championing the voice of the seller to internal audiences.Track record of delivering enablement KPIs to measure impact and success.Experience working across Microsoft sales and customer segments, understanding drivers for behavior, and building approaches to optimize adoption.Curiosity and the drive to explore the power of AI to drive sales enablement and results.Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.Microsoft will accept applications for the role until May 2, 2024.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
