Junior Real Estate AssociateLocation: Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe Los Angeles Real Estate Group in an AM Law 200 firm seeks a recent graduate (class of 2023) to work on complex real estate transactions. This includes acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, co-investments, sales/leasebacks, restructurings, fund formation and development across various property types.The role will provide exposure to a diverse clientele including developers, investment banks, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, investors and major corporations.The starting base salary for this position is expected to be $225,000 annually.
