The Product Management Director serves as a strategic leader for product development and innovation within the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. The Product Management Director will report to the VP, Product Management.Responsibilities Include

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.Requirements Management: Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility. Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results.Area-Specific Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends.About The Pay

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions.Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
