Base salary, flexible up to $190k DOE

We are looking for a Project Manager who has many years of experience as the lead Project Manager in the construction of multi-family apartment projects in the $40 to $150 million dollar range. A candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of experience in the related areas of construction, must be able to create and update project schedules and must have very good leadership/communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain the Overall Project Schedule in collaboration with Project Team.
Oversee all project costs including monthly pay-application meetings.
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, Construction Managers, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, and governmental agencies.
Responsible for the project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
Review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
Maintain and update project records including RFI’s, ASI’s and as-builts.
Supervise & oversee Project Engineers & Assistant Project Managers.
Technical Skills:
Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite.
