The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s talent and entertainment related partnerships. The position will be based in Los Angeles and report to the team’s Account Director in our Santa Monica office.Responsibilities

Day-to-day management and support of client’s sponsorship activation and talent partnership marketing efforts, interfacing directly with clientsParticipate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customized talent and entertainment programs and promotionsSupport with the management of a full-service brand talent and influencer program and associated campaigns, including researching, pitching, negotiating, contracting, social support, recap materials and otherwise fulfilling talent relationshipsEvent project management, coverage, and talent liaison, including on-site support at events including music festivals, concerts, production shoots, tour stops, and speaker eventsAssist with the creation of sponsorship and activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stakeholders and distribution of materials to clients and partnersInterface and work closely with other account team members, including but not limited to internal creative, production and experiential teams, along with other internal Endeavor divisionsCollaborate with external agencies, partners, vendors, and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives and coordinate deliverables as necessaryEducation And Skills

Bachelor’s DegreeA minimum of 6-8 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event/experiential marketing, talent representation and management, social media, influencer marketing)Experience and understanding of the music business, talent booking/management, media and entertainment marketing/sponsorship landscape, and social media and cultural landscapeAbility to manage the development and implementation of talent and entertainment partnerships marketing strategy on behalf of client or companyParticipation in contract negotiationsExperience with on-site event talent management and logisticsAbility to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partnersSuperior client relationship/service skillsOutstanding talent relationship and management skillsAbility to think strategically and creativelyAbility to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent time management, written and oral communication skillsAbility to travel ~15% of the timeExceptional in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and ExcelEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
