JOB SUMMARY:DevOps Engineer assists in building and deploying code to environments that improve customer experience across our Association Partners. DevOps Engineer responsibilities include sandbox setup, managing deployment pipelines, triaging lab environment issues, and implementing integrations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Work as part of a team to build and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production and lower environments throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Assist with the setup and maintenance of environments for QA and development teams for both manual and automated testing.Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.Collaborate, troubleshoot and implement in the following areas: infrastructure capabilities, automation, pipeline, utilities, backups, security tools, monitoring.Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.Process environment setup requests including user access, sandbox requests, and pipeline maintenance.Resolve operational concerns through collaboration with various teams including Tier 2, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and Software Development.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:Manage CI and CD tools with team.Document various processes; update existing process documentation.Work as a project team member when required.OTHER DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:4+ years of experience with Release Engineering /Cloud Engineering / DevOps.Proficiency on Azure DevOps build automation Framework, IaC with ARM or Terraform, Powershell Scripting, Python Scripting, Azure Ecosystems like Serverless, AKS, CDN.Proficiency with Git and Apache Maven / Ant build automation tools.Software Development experience with Angular or React.Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework.Experience with Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft Integration from DevOps perspective.BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical noise levels for an open, cubicle-styled environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires periods of standing, walking, and the use of computer equipment. Additional physical demands include, but may not be limited to, talking or hearing, push/pull, stooping, kneeling, reaching w/hands and arms, and lifting at least 10 pounds.WORK AUTHORIZATION:
