Job Description - Business Immigration AttorneyResponsibilities:Interview prospective clients and render legal advice.Collect in-depth information on immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and assess the information to develop a comprehensive case management plan.Plan the specific objectives, goals, and actions designed to meet the clients' case needs, using action-oriented and time-specific abilities.Prepare immigrant employment-based petitions under the 1st preference category EB-1.Prepare and file immigration applications for clients seeking both immigrant and non-immigrant visas from USCIS, e.g. E2, O1, L1, TN, E3, etc.Communicate with clients both orally and in writing and provide excellent customer service in person-to-person situations.Supervise the cases prepared by the paralegal team and provide legal guidance on complex immigration matters.Analyze, plan, and respond to Request for Further Evidence (RFEs).Participate in case outcome, evidence analysis, legal argument improvement, etc.Use extensive knowledge of US immigration law and conduct legal research and writing to ensure successful case management and completion.Review and approve cases for filing and submission to USCIS.Essential Skills:We are looking for:A highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team.Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational skills.Proven experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.This position is full time and is in person at our office in Carlsbad, San Diego, California.We look forward to hearing back from you.Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
