Cincinnati, OHPosition SummaryThe Sales Operations Analyst will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitabilityOperations: Drive the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processesLeadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectivesMarket Trends: Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-makingWorking Style: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goalsKPI Management: Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial teamProcesses: Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the companyReporting: Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teamsProject Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectivenessEffectiveness: Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfersQualificationsProven track record of developing and executing successful business strategiesExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a strong attention to detailExcellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
